原因
今回、販売禁止と知らずに販売してしまいました。
すぐに商品は出品を削除しました。
対策
今後は販売禁止商品を確認し販売しないことを約束します。
注文不良率
原因
担当者の不手際により伝票への納品日の記入の間違いがあったことです。
対策
従業員を増やし、仕入れ担当と出荷担当に作業員を分け
さらに、出荷予定の再確認、社内で二重のチェック
を徹底してまいる所存でございます。

Wrong delivery date was filled by fault of the personnel.
Countermeasure:
I will hire more employees and place purchasing personnel and shipping personnel.
Further, I will procure to have my employees double-check the shipping schedule.
