I have sent multiple emails to seller receiving approval for return and agreement for refund. Seller is not responsive, for one week's time. I sent them confirmation the product was returned, but the seller disputes the item was returned. I did a further check with Japan EMS to find the problem. The Japan EMS says the address printed on the Amazon return label is not a valid address. This is the address provided by the seller. If the delivery failed because the seller provided an illegitimate address, they should be responsible. Thank you for your consideration. Michael

販売者からはここ一週間回答がありません。
私は商品を返品したことを販売者に伝えたのですが、彼らは商品は返品されていないと議論します。
日本のEMSに確認を取ったところ、Amazonの返品用ラベルに印刷された住所が無効であると言われました。
この住所は販売者により提供されたものです。
配達障害の理由が販売者により提供された間違った住所であるのであれば、責任は彼らにあるはずです。
