その都度、領収書も添付しています。
ですが、返信は3～4回に1回の頻度であり、決まって「領収書を提供するまで出荷できない」という定型文が記載しているのみでした。
何度も言いますが私は領収書を毎回添付しております。
きちんとメール文面および確認をしていないあなたたちは仕事を怠けているとしか思えません。
今後同様のやり取りが無いように添付した領収書をご確認ください。

I have emailed you over and over again with my shipping requests.
I have also attached my receipt every single time.
But I get a reply only once every 3~4 times and it always just says the same message: "We cannot ship until you provide a formal receipt."

I can't help but think that you're neglecting your own work by not thoroughly looking through my emails.
Please check the receipt I have attached so we don't have to keep having this back-and-forth argument.
