The delivery statement that came with the packages described "3 cases", and also it said one of the cases to contain 7 golf clubs.
That means I paid for 3 cases, which was detailed in the statement, yet one of them has not arrived. This one contains my 7 golf clubs.
DHL says they have not received this remaining case and that this issue is MyUS's responsibility.
Where on earth are my golf clubs now? When can I expect to receive them? Did the amount and tariff I paid include and was based on the amount of the golf clubs?
