アメリカの転送会社を使って、ジャケットを受け取りました。
この商品をプレゼントとして友人に渡すつもりで購入したのですが、
ジャケットのタグや裏地に赤ペンで×マークが書かれています。
私は、納得出来ませんし、この商品を友人に渡す事は出来ません。
商品説明に不具合内容が記載されていませんので、返品対応か40％の割引をして下さい。
返品の場合、日本からアメリカまでの送料は＄17になります。
連絡が無い場合、私はpaypalに相談しますので宜しくお願いします。

I received a jacket via a transferring company in US.
I purchased it as a present for my friend.
However, there are x marks written in a red ink on the tag and the lining of it.
I can't accept it and I can't give it to my friend.
Since there were no such comments in the explanation of the item, I'd like you to refund or offer me a 40% discount.
In case I return the item from Japan to US, it costs $17 for the shipment.
