I regularly use your site, but recently, the Make offer function is no longer usable.
As i have thought, there was only one Paypal payment that I was not able to receive so I contacted the seller to make a cancellation and they only responded that it is okay but the cancellation process was not done.

I also obtained the acknowledgement from the seller and showed them the message recording so I want to request for the removal of the restriction.
