やはり税関で止まっていたようですね。こちらで調査の依頼をかけておきました。しかし調査方法が日本の郵便局からアメリカの郵便局に電話をかけてそこから税関に問い合わせをするようなのでもし面倒でなければお客様の方からの最寄りの郵便局に問い合わせして頂いた方が返事が早いかと思います。こちらも情報が入り次第すぐにご連絡致します。ご迷惑をおかけしまして申し訳ありません。

So it was stopped by the customs. I have requested an investigation for it. However, as this investigation takes the form of the Japanese post office contacting the American post office who then has to contact the customs, it may be quicker if you could contact your nearest post office directly.
