日本郵便のSAL便で発送しているため、お客様がご自宅に不在の場合、お客様の自宅に到着したかどうかは現時点ではわかりません。お客様が長期不在の場合、通常お住いの郵便局に10日間保管され返却されてきますので、24日後以降に私どものところに戻ってきます。その場合は、ご返金又は再送させていただきます。なお、お客様から最寄りの米国の郵便局に保管してる郵便物がないかを問い合わせることは可能であり、郵便ボックスに投函してもらうことは可能ではないかと思いますので、ご検討いただければ幸いです。
Since it was sent by Japan Post's SAL, in case the customer is absent at home we do not know if it reached at the customer's house at the moment. If the customer is away for a long time, usually it is returned at the nearest post office and kept for 10 days, so it will be returned to us after 24th. In that case we will make refund or resend it. Also please be informed that the customer can inquire at the nearest post office in the United Sates whether the mail there are mails kept there and we think it's possible to have it posted at the mailbox, so we appreciate your kind consideration for that.
