到着のご連絡が遅れてしまい申し訳ございません。
貴方から返品して頂いたポスターは、写真で見るよりもずっと酷い傷が付いていました。
これは流石に酷いと思うので、郵便局に苦情を入れようと思います。
貴方にもお手数を掛けてしまい申し訳なかったです。
次回購入して頂けましたら何かオマケを付けさせて頂きますので、何卒ご容赦下さい。

このポスターは新品ですが、筒に入れられてない状態で渡されたので、持ち帰る際に付いた細かい傷があります。

最初の巻にはポストカードとペーパーが付いていた様な気がします。
