団体プログラムの最小催行人数は何名からですか？
基本として２９名以上（小／中学生のカヌーは２１名）となります。２０名未満の場合はご相談下さい
事前に参加者名簿は必要ですか？
プログラムによっては必要です。予約時に当社のフォーマットを
送りますので、必要事項をご記入の上、返信を御願い致します
強風時でなければ実施可能です。雨での実施を希望されない場合やできないと判断した場合は
全行程（室内）プログラムにお振替いただきます。
雨天時のキャンセルは、キャンセル料として５０％ちょうだい致します。
What is the minimum number of people needed for a group program?
As a standard it would be above 29 people (With canoes for kids in elementary and middle school it would be 21). Please seek a consultation if the number is under 20 people.
Do you need a name list of people participating beforehand?
It depends on the program. When booking, the format of the company is being sent, so when the needed items and facts are being entered, please answer.
When there are no strong winds it is possible. When it can't be done due to rain or we have to make the decision, that it is not possbile, the whole distance (indoor) program will be transfered.
In case of cancellation due to rainy weather, 50% percent will be the cancellation fee.

Is it possible to change to another event during stormy weather?
We respond to the number of people on basis of the plan.
Is a program apart from stormy weather program ok?
Apart from producing votive lantern, which needs perparation, every program is possible.
The fee depends on the program that is actually done.
Is it possible to choose from several programs during stormy weather?
Please choose one inddor program for every outdoor program.
What should we do with the luggage we brought?
We recomment to leave luggage that is not needed in the program as much as possible in the bus.
けが人等が出た場合はどうなりますか
担当スタッフが応急手当をさせていただきます それ以上の処理が必要な場合は、病院等の手配を致します。
病院までの移動に着きましては各団体様でご用意いただくことを原則とさせていただきます。
引率者は何人ですか
高校生までのプログラムの場合は1名以上御願い致します。
見学でも一緒に体験していただいてもかまいません。
引率者の体験料金はどうなりますか
子供団体の場合、参加者２９名に対し1名の引率者は無料でご参加いただけます。
但し、釣りの場合は遊魚券代は必要です。
What can we do if someone gets injured?
The staff can give a first aid treatment. If more needs to be done, we will call the hospital.
However, we have a general rule that the transport to hospital has to be arranged by each party.
How many conductors should we have?
There needs to be more than one conductor for a program for high school students and under.
The conductors can watch or participate in the program.
What about the fee for conductors?
For a conductor for children, 1 conductor can join free for every 29 participant.
However, the fee for fishing has to be paid.

1艇の定員に対して人数が割り切れない時はどうしたらいいですか
３名が定員の時は最後の２艇を２名ずつ、２名が定員の場合 最後の1艇を３名にしてください。３名が２名になる場合は体の大きい方同士、２名が３名になる場合は体の小さい方同士で調整してください。
ひっくりかえりませんか？
Each boat can take 3 junior high school students or under.
For high school students and over, the boat will be for 2.
Please make sure the group is decided beforehand.
We will send you a grouping format, so please send it back with the mandatory informations filled in.
What should we do if there was one person left over?
If the boat is for 3 persons, share the last 2 boats between 4 persons. (preferably among bigger persons)
If the boat is for 2 persons, share the last 1 boat between 3. (preferably among smaller persons)
Won't the boat flip over?
カヌーはカヤックに比べて安定性が高く、ひっくり返ることはめったにありません
ひっくり返るのはわざと揺らしたり、他のカヌーにぶつけたり、波を指示通り受けられなかったりした場合です
直ちにインストラクターが救助し、浜へ戻ります
寒くなる場合は速やかに着替えていただき、その後は続けられなくなります
寒くない時は、そのまま実施可能です
事前に御知らせいただければ、個別に対応させていただきます。

Canoes are much more stable than kayaks, so it rarely flips over.
It only does when you deliberately tries to shake the boat, crash onto other canoes or could not take the waves as instructed.
The instructor will immediately go to the rescue and turn back to the shore.
If it gets cold, we will ask for you to get changed immediately and the program has to be stopped.
If the weather is not cold, we can proceed with the program.
If you could inform us in advance, we can take measures individually.
We have had a great time with physically disabled people, the visually and hearing impaired and people with mental disabilities.
