I have been living here for 10 years now.
It's a low-lying part of Tokyo and a lot of the people are warm. It's very comfortable to live and I recommend it.
You can also get to Tokyo station in 20 minutes, but it is painful that the last train leaves quite early!!

I have done horseback riding several times, and my brother does horseback riding too.
