私がEMSで発送する時に、伝票に間違えて以前の貴方の住所を書いてしまいました。
すぐ気が付いて宛先の住所を貴方の新しい住所に変更する手続きをしたので、
郵便局の窓口の担当者にちゃんと変更されるので大丈夫だと言われて安心していたのですが、
本日、担当者から変更が間に合わなかったかもしれないと電話がありました。
追跡番号を調べると荷物は昨日貴方の住所に届いているのですが、貴方が受け取ってないなら古い住所に届いている可能性が高いです。貴方は古い住所に荷物を取りに行くことは出来るでしょうか？
I have mistakenly put your old address on the purchase order when sending it with EMS.
I have realized that and have quickly finished the procedure to change to your new address.
The person in charge at the post office assured me that the address will be changed so I was relieved,
but he contacted me today saying that the it may have been too late to change addresses.
When I tracked your delivery, it states that it has already arrived at your address yesterday, so if you have not yet received the delivery, it is highly likely that it has been delivered to your old address.
Is it possible for you to go and retrieve your item at your old address?
