京都に訪れた方には一度は食べてほしい一品。
小さくちぎった餅を炭火で焼いて白味噌ダレをからめるもので、厄除けのご利益があるといわれています。
ほんのり甘くてとろ～っとしたみそだれが炭火で焼かれた香ばしいお餅にからまって、こころがあったまるお味です。
『今宮神社』の東門を出ると香ばしいにおいが漂う。
ふたつの対面したあぶり餅屋ですが、今回は『一和』にお邪魔しました。
創業から1000年の歴史を持つ茶屋。
対面している『かざりや』。
炭火でていねいに焼いています。
Must try this when you visit Kyoto. The rice cakes are broken into small pieces and baked with charcoal, then eat with white miso source. It is said it has a benefit to protect you against danger.
With slightly sweet thick Miso source around the crisp charcoal baked rice cake, this taste will warm your heart as well.
Once you get out the east gate of “Imamiya Shrine”, you will smell the fragrance of crisp baking.
We visited one of the two roasting rice cake cafés across the street, “Ichiwa” this time. The café has 1000-year history since its initiation.
“Kazariya” is another café across the street.
Rice cakes are baked in a very careful manner.
