Why am I asked to fill in Security Question during registration?
Filling in the Security Question and Answer Information is a requirement for all EcoCard Holders. It is necessary for preventing loss of the password ? there is no other way to restore it except for answering to the secret question.

If you forgot your password you should initiate a Password Recovery Process and follow the instructions.
