We checked with our distributor and the manufacture to see if we could get you the correct item. Unfortunately as this item was discontinued we were not able to find one. We can either issue you a call tag to pick up the incorrect item to be returned so we can credit you back or if you wished to keep the item you did receive we can credit you back the difference in cost for the items this is 17.00.
We do sincerely apologize the wrong item was shipped and please let us know if you wish to keep the item with the 17.00 credit or if you would like us to arrange the call tag to pick up the mis shipped item for a return for credit.

正しい品が手に入るかどうか販社とメーカーに問い合わせたのですが、あいにくその商品は生産終了となっており、見つけることができませんでした。そこで、その違う品を取りに伺って返品するコール・タグを発行し、返金させていただくか、もしくは、そのままお持ちいただいて差額１７．００をご返金するか、どちらかにさせていただきたいと思います。
