東京ディスプレイ協同組合（東デ協）人材開発委員会は9月12日、“女性リーダー行動革新研修”と題して9月度の「ディスプレイ塾」を開催した。
今回の研修は、積極的な女性登用が企業の活性化に欠かせなくなっている状況のなかで、行政・企業の環境整備、家庭との両立、リーダーシップのとり方など、女性が活躍する環境づくりを目的に企画された。
講師は、CS対応教育の専門家で、数多くの企業研修を手がける（株）マネジメントサポート代表取締役の古谷治子氏が務め、東デ協の会員約40人が出席した。
The Tokyo display Association (Tou De Kyou) Human Resources Development Committee held a "Women Leaders Behavior Innovation Training" at the September "Display Cram School" on Sept 12th.
The planned purpose of the training , was to create an environment for women to play an active part on, such as arrangement of administrative and corporate environments, balancing with the family, and how to take leadership in a situation wherein aggressive women are indispensable the the vitalization of companies.
The instructor, Acting Management support representative director Mr. Furuya Haruko, an expert on CS support education and has dealt with a number of corporate trainings held the session and about 40 Tou De Kyou members attended the session.
