カスタマーサポートも必要になりますか。
日本の代理店は卸売を行っていますか。
また、代理店名を教えて下さい。
以前 私が接触した代理店（と思われる会社）には在庫が少なく、耐えられなかった。

I contacted an agent (possibly) before, but they had only limited stock and I could not stand for that.
