商品の保管・返送については、弊社からは何も連絡していませんし、
逆に弊社に連絡は何もありません。
郵便局の判断で処理されたと思われますので、理由については直接郵便局にお問合せ下さい。
弊社に商品が戻ったら、改めて商品を発送することは可能ですが、
再送する送料が必要です。
もしご注文のお取消をご希望の場合は、送料を差し引いた、
商品代金のみのご返金となります。

We haven't contacted anything about keeping/returning the item and we haven't got any contact about it.
It seems like the Post Office decided to deal with it by their own judgement. Regarding the reasons, please inquire to the Post Office directly.
If the item comes back, we can reship the item. However, we need to pay for the reshipping cost.
If you would like to cancel the order, we would refund the item cost, which exluding the shipping cost.
