Timor Lore Sa’e - Nippon Culture Centre is an NGO established on Jan. 1, 2000 in a corporation of a group of people in East Timor and Japan. The centre aims to support the development of a new community in East Timor by maintaining and nurturing the culture centering the natives’ languages including the standard Tetum and other 32 local languages that represent the spirit of the tribes.

Timor Loro Sa'e - Nippon Culture Centre is a NGO established on the new year's day of the Year 2000 by cooperation of some Japanese and East Timorese. This organization aims to construct a new community in East Timor through the activiry designed to maintain and develop the culture centering on the soul of the people, their indigenous language (the national language, Tetum and other 32 local languages).
