ボルト穴については昨年は問題がなかったのではなく、
私どもがクライアントの声を吸い上げられていなかったのだと思います。
ホールドのボルト穴をクライミングジム側で加工したと聞いたこともあります。
弊社が販売しているボルトは一般的なものを使用していますが、
ボルトが入らないホールドは検品時に弊社でボルト穴を加工しています。
ボルトについては、そちらに送る事は可能です。
その前にクライアントに使用しているボルトについて色々聞いてみます。

Regarding the bolt holes, I think it was simply we did not collect clients' opinions last year, but not that the bolt holes had no problems. Actually, I heard that a clibming gym worked on their holds themselves for the bolt holes.
We use regular bolts for our products. We do work on the holds which are found unable to accept the bolts at the time of the inspection.
We can send you the bolts for your reference. But before doing so, let us ask our clients what are the problems of the bolts, if any.
