注文番号 001についてです。発送から17日が経過しましたが未だに届いておりません。通常、弊社からの荷物は7日程度で届き、過去にトラブルはございません。先日、メールにてトラッキングナンバーのご連絡をお願いしましたが、未だにトラッキングナンバーについてのご連絡をいただいておりません。至急、発送状況について調べていただけますでしょうか？未発送、及び、郵便事故などが考えられる場合は、至急、代替品を送っていただきたいと思います。お返事をお待ちしております。
It is about the order number 001. 17 days has passed since shipment; yet, the item(s) is(are) not delivered. Normally, our shipment takes around 7 days and we don't have any trouble before. The other day I asked you to let me know the tracking number via e-mail, but I don't have it yet. Could you find out the order status for me, ASAP?
