I'm having a hard time getting a proper reply or answer from Canada Post as to what to do exactly with the damaged bass... Did you try to get in touch with them because they say that the claim for a broken or damaged item has to come from the sender. I also want to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. Let me know what to do.
