私はこの店のウナギは日本一だと思う
「ひつまぶし」 は細かく切ったウナギとご飯を茶碗に移したら、
ダシ汁をかけてわさびや海苔をトッピングして食べる

I ate unagi with my family at our favorite restaurant.
Speaking of cooking unagi, "unajuu" and "hitsumabushi" are famous in Japan.
You mix the unagi with a sweet tare sauce while cooking it over a charcoal fire.
"Unajuu" is cooked unagi eaten over rice with a secret tare sauce poured on top.
I think the unagi at this restaurant is the best in Japan.
"Hitsumabushi" is thinly sliced unagi with rice moved to a rice bowl eaten with dashi broth poured over it and topped with wasabi and seaweed.
