It looks like we asked the factory to direct ship the products to the address noted on the order.
I called the factory and they said this address was already set up in the system with the following business name (pasted below). This particular supplier can only ship to a business address and since the original order did not have a business name for that freight forwarder, they just used the name that was already in the system. It appears to be the exact same physical address. You might check with the freight forwarder and see if they have the package and perhaps set it aside under a different account name?

注文書に記載されていた送り先に直接送るよう、我々が工場に依頼していたようです。工場に確認したら、その住所は以下の企業名（下記記載）で既にシステムに設定されていたそうです。このサプライヤーは企業宛にしか出荷することができず、元の注文書にはその運送業者の会社名が記載されていなかったため、既にシステムに登録されていた会社名を参考にしたそうです。実際の住所は全く同じだったようです。運送業者に連絡して荷物があるかどうか確認し、別のアカウント名で登録しておいては如何ですか？
