Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

事実上、世界中の何処にでも発送することは可能です。ただし、商品の中には規制されているものもあり、海外に発送できない商品もございます。
受注後、ご希望の商品の在庫状況、並びにお客様の郵送希望状況に応じて送料と配達予定日を見積もらせていただきます。配達予定日は郵送見積もりページに表記されます。
また、私どもが販売しております商品の多くの送料は重量を元にしておりますこともご了承ください。それらの商品の重量は商品詳細ページにてご確認いただけます。私どもが利用している運搬業者の規則に伴い、全ての重量は次のポンドに切り上げさせていただきます。
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs Continental US only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
開封されていない新品の商品は、お届け後30日以内であればご返品いただくことができ、全額お返しすることができます。誤った商品や不良品が届いたなどの、弊社側の過失の場合、アメリカ本土のみ返品時の送料についてはお支払いいたします。
返品オフィスへ荷物をお送りいただいた4週間以内には返金がされることになっていますが、多くの場合、返金はより早く行われます。この期間には、配送業者からの返却を受け取る期間（5〜10営業日）も含まれております。弊社にて受け取り後、返品処理を行うには3〜5日営業日をいただいており、お客様の銀行が返金処理を受け付けるには5〜10営業日かかります。
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
