リベットは頭の大きさ、軸の太さ及び長さ、硬さの条件一致が必要です・・・長さはヤスリで調整できますが、その他は調整の手段が無く、初めから高いレベルの一致が必要です・・・この条件に叶うのは純正以外には無さそうです。
またフードの材質はかなりの硬度を持つアルミ合金製・・・これだけ大きな歪みですと、板金中に裂ける可能性も有ります。

The length can be adjusted with a rasp, but there are no ways to adjust the other conditions, so they have to match at a high level from the very start. It seems, they have to be perfect, or they won't fulfill the criteria. Also, the hoods woodmaterial is a quite solid aluminium alloy... If a big enough strain is put on it, the metal plate might tear.
