もちろん、最初から破損していたわけではありません。
今回、顧客からの強い要望で、日常の使用を想定した検品を行ったところ、簡単に破損した次第です。
といっても無理な動作をしたわけではなく、通常の折りたたみ動作を十数回繰り返しただけです。
つまり、日常の使用に耐えることが出来ない品質ということです。
これでは商品として成立しませんので、返品します。
弊社としてはこの商品の取扱自体を再検討するつもりです。

It's not like we subjected it to unreasonable movements, but we just repeated the normal folding operation about a dozen times.
Therefore, the quality of the product is not sufficient to withstand everyday use.
We will return the item because it doesn't work as a product.
We plan to reconsider whether or not we will keep selling this product.
