日本郵便に連絡した所、「荷物が米国にあるので、荷受人の方からUSPSに連絡して貰い、正しい住所を連絡して届けて貰って欲しい」との事でした。お手数ですが、USPSに連絡して、正しい連絡先をお伝え頂いて宜しいでしょうか。荷物の差し戻しに対して連絡が間に合えば、無事にお客さまにお届けできるはずです。もし荷物の差し戻しに間に合わない場合は、荷物が日本に戻った後、私共の方から再度お客さまの元へ発送させて戴くことになります。どうぞ、宜しくお願い致します。
I contacted with Japan Post. It said "Because the goods is in the United States, consignee needs to contact with USPS and give the correct address for delivery". Sorry to trouble you, but please contact the USPS, and tell them the correct contact address. If you can contact them before they return the goods to me, the customer should be able to receive the goods. If you are not in time, after the goods are returned to Japan, we would send them to the customer from again. Thank you in advance.
