X大学Y学部在学中にAへ送ったシナリオを元に、2004年ラジオドラマ「B」で脚本家デビュー。
A監督に師事し映画やCF等の監督・編集助手を経て自身の監督作としてCやEのDVD作品等を手掛ける。
2009年、F主演映画「G」で長編劇場映画初監督。
翌年アイドルグループを追ったの初のドキュメンタリー映画「I」手掛け話題に。その他にＣＭ、ＴＶドラマの脚本・演出を手掛け、多岐にわたり活動。
