I appreciate the fact that you made it a priority to get me my item promptly after our little discrepancy but when I purchased the item it was just a few dollars more than the lowest price, now the lowest price is $120. I'm not exactly a rich person so I don't really feel like paying so much more for the same item. If I got it at the original time I would have to just deal with it. But if I were to have bought it when you said you were resend the item I would have just purchased it from the cheaper company. I believe you are a great company who puts customer service first and all the dealings I've had with you in the past were more than perfect. I've left the item in it's packaging and would just like a refund.
