your order had already shipped out. I do see in the tracking number that the package was received.Can you please advise if you indeed have the package?
Your order was actually a final sale item, but since you were trying to cancel
the order I will go ahead and do a one time exception and allow you to return the item.
Please write the following RMA #RGBN-923201 on your invoice and on the outside of your
package.
we only provide free returns for domestic orders.
However, I will issue you a refund for the shipping fees on this order.
You will have to pay for the return shipping but at least you will see a
credit post onto your account after.
