先日商品を購入したのですが、フィギュアの腰に挿した刀の柄が無い事に気付きました。
箱は未開封なので、中を探してみても破片は見当たりません
パッケージの絵には柄がついていますが、不良品でしょうか?

商品を検品する際に、カッターで切り裂かれて商品が破損する事が頻繁にあります
手間なのでクレーム申請はしませんが、作業員のモラル向上に努めて頂きたい
1. With the item I bought from you while ago, I have found that the hilt (handle) of the sword is missing.
I looked inside with the package unopened, but could not find any debris. The drawing on the package shows the sword with its hilt, and I wonder if this is a defect. Please confirm.

2. There often are cases in which a packed product is damaged when the package was cut with a knife for inspection upon receipt from its manufacturer.
It is tiresome for me to make a claim and I won't do, but I do request for a better job from your inspection staff.
