Yes. If you could personally select the best conditioned one, I am willing to pay extra. I have been searching this card for a very very long time in literally NEAR MINT condition and unfortunately many ebayers have put up inaccurate description (worse condition than it was stated) and I had to go through refunds, losses and drama.
By near mint, I mean as you say - if the card was put in the sleeve right after being opened from the pack. No scratch, no edge wear, no tear, no smudges on the surface either front or back when inspected carefully under light. I know it's picky but that is the condition of the card I am looking for.
