To be a distributor, we would like you to accept the warranty term as following:
Service your users for one year warranty, including basic technical support, replacement, returns.
We would supply the replacement units, devices as you need, the RMA would come with your following order shipment under you previously request.
To order the product, first of all you should send me a order request email, I would reply with an invoice including all the payment and shipping information.
Then you should pay the invoice, as long as we have your payment, the cargo would be shipped out within 12 hours.

商品の注文方法は、こちらに注文リクエストのメールを送っていただき、その後、こちらより請求明細書と、支払い方法、発送についての情報をお送りいたします。
請求金額をお支払いいただいた後、こちらで支払いを確認後、12時間以内に商品を発送いたします。
The attachment is the sell sheet in which there are the price on different order quantity, as well as the shipping cost.
We do ship to Japan by DHL or UPS according which is cheaper from time to time.
You also can use your own shipping agent if you like to.
We also accept “collect payment” option for the shipping cost, you would need to let us know your DHL or UPS account information.
