１．先週、刺繍の注文が多かったため配送が遅れるという件がありました
今後その場合は、時間がかかる商品は次回の配送にまわし用意が出来た商品を先に送ってもらえますか
２．時々商品Aのビニール袋が破れています
こちらも発送前に確認していただけますか
３．返品商品の送料についてですが
日本から送ると高くなります
御社で契約運送会社の安い運賃プランはありますか？
以前UPSの返品キットがあると聞いたのですが
