先程、前田電機のやりとりについてメールを送付しました。台湾とやりとりをしていることを示す必要があったからです。ＢＣＣで前田電機にも送付しています。
ただし、台湾に私が訪問するかどうかについて、私はどちらでもいいものと思っています。
前田電機とのやりとり上記載しただけです。ＫＡＩさんが「石田は来なくていい」と言ってくれれば済む話だと思います。
I sent you an email a little while ago regarding an exchange with Maeda Denki. This was because I needed to state that we are corresponding with Taiwan. I also sent a copy to Maeda Denki via BCC. However, I do not mind if I visit Taiwan or not.
All I did was state the exchange with Maeda Denki above. I believe the matter will be over if KAI tells me I do not have to come.

山田工業様の台湾訪問について私から一点提案申し上げます。まず初めに、山田工業様の山田社長と小川部長に対して、台湾に招待するという行動をするべきだと思います。理由は、台湾の皆さんがそうすることで、山田工業内部の他の役員に対して、信頼を与えることができるからです。

I think we should go when Yamada Industries and the CEO, Hagio, go to Taiwan.
I have an idea regarding Yamada Industries' visit to Taiwan. First of all, I think an invitation to visit Taiwan should be sent to Yamada Industries' CEO Yamada and the vice president Ogawa. If everyone in Taiwan does this, you will be able to gain the trust of the other officials at Yamada Industries.
現在でも、台湾の皆さんは本当にこの事業を進められるのか、との心配の声があがってます。他の事業者の接触も何社からもあります。皆さんには、なんで工事業者をもてなす必要があるのか、という疑問もあると思います。しかし、「売り手市場」である今は必要な行動です。高価なお土産や、ましてやお金を渡す必要はありません。もてなされたという心が重要です。
社長が訪問するかどうかはわかりませんが招待をしたという意思表示が大切です。
同様、萩尾さんに対しても招待の意思を示してもらえればと思います。

I do not know if the CEO will visit Taiwan, but it is important to express the fact that you have sent him an invitation.
Likewise, I think it would be good if you did the same with Hagio.
彼は、非常に優秀な元電力会社の人間です。今後、技術的な面・工事コスト削減の面で、必ず皆さんの役に立つと私は確信しています。ＫＡＩさんはまだ会ったこともない人であり、私がそう言っても信頼できないかもしれません。その上でも、私は自信をもって推薦できます。必ず、パートナーとして力を発揮してくれると思います。

He is a very competent worker and used to work at an electric company. I strongly believe that from now on he will be useful to you all in regards to construction cost cuts and anything technical. KAI has not met him yet and so may not believe me when I say this. However, I can recommend him with confidence. I believe he will definitely show his power as a partner to you.
