提案の件ですが、残念ながら今年の出演バンドは既に決定しております。
来年の出演について検討させて頂きますので、以下の条件でお見積りをご提出ください。

ステージ／12・16・17・18・19； 2ステージ、13・14・15・21・22； 3ステージ
演奏時間／40分程度
希望ジャンル／バイエルンの民謡やドイツ民謡・踊り等を主体にした内容

This is a first email to you. We are the Sendai Music Festival office. Thank you for your message.
Unfortunately the bands to attend the festival in 2013 have already been fixed. Therefore we would like to consider your band to attend in next year (2014), which would you suggest an estimate based on the conditions as follows.
- Abstract -
Dates : 12th to 21st September, 2014
Stages : 12・16・17・18・19； 2 stage、13・14・15・21・22；3 stage
Duration of performance : approx. 40 min
Expected Genre : Mainly traditional Bayern, German folk and/or dance.
・前日入りしてください。
・仙台市、宮城県への表敬訪問を行う場合があります。招待状・手土産のご準備をお願いします。
・ステージ演奏時は、バイエルン地方の民族衣装の着用をお願いします。
・出演ステージの合間は、自由時間です。
・自由時間中は、第２会場での休憩や、軽い音楽でのお客様との交流もお願いします。
（その他主催者側で提供するもの）
・会場裏手の簡易的な楽屋
・楽屋には、ウォーターサーバー
・宿泊ホテル（朝食付）、航空券、日本国内交通費、食費補助
・ステージ乾杯用ビール（200杯/10日間）
- Please enter the day before the event.
- There may be an opportunity to make a courtesy call to Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture. Please make preparations for a written invitation and a gift to bring.
- When performing on-stage, please wear traditional Bavarian dress.
- You have free time during intervals between your performances.
- During this free time, please also take a break in the 2nd meeting hall and mingle with the guests.

- A simple greenroom in the back of the venue
- There is a watercooler in the greenroom
- Hotel lodging (with breakfast), airline ticket, traveling expenses within Japan, stipend for food
- Beer for giving a toast on the stage (200 cups/10 days)

・通訳がおりませんが、事前準備やステージ進行に支障はありませんか。
・参加される人数の調整は可能ですか（予算の都合上）

-Nobody will attend you during transportation from Narita Airport to Sendai, but is it okay for you?
-You'll not have any translator. Will there be any problem during preparation or performance on the stage?
-Is it possible to adjust the number of attendances (due to the budget constraint)?
