We have received a complaint regarding to the product you received does not match with what you ordered. According to our record when shipping out, condition is shown as "good", and product sold is only the cooling fan. Since you mentioned the item is different from what you wanted, we may refund you by subtracting the actual shipping fee. Regarding to the product we sent you, there is no need to return.
