私は木曜日の夜に発送の依頼をしました。
なぜ金曜日に発送されなかったのでしょうか。
今まで長い間、御社を利用していますが、前日に発送を依頼して、翌日発送されなかったことは一度もありませんでした。
1日あったのに発送されなかった理由を教えて下さい。
私は非常に困っています。
今回発送する際は、必ず同じ便で発送をして下さい。
荷物が二つに分かれると、さらに弊社への到着が送れます。

翌日に発送されなかった理由も必ず連絡して下さい。

I wonder why our order wasn't shipped on Friday.
We have been using your company for a long time, but this was the first time our order wasn't shipped, even though we had asked for shipping one day before.
Please let us know the reason why it wasn't shipped even you had one day for the preparation. I am really in trouble.
