B was found to have an initial failure, which was actually informed of by a customer who purchased it.
The screw for fixing the slide doesn't not work.
The screw might have been put in a wrong way in the initial attachment.
It is firmly attached, and cannot be turned at all even when we try with a strong force.
Also, the pad on the shoulder portion came off.
