You further acknowledge that the structure, organization, and code of the Software, for which source code is not provided, are valuable trade secrets of Garmin and/or its third-party providers and that the Software in source code form remains a valuable trade secret of Garmin and/or its third-party providers. You agree not to decompile, disassemble, modify, reverse assemble, reverse engineer, or reduce to human readable form the Software or any part thereof or create any derivative works based on the Software. You agree not to export or re-export the Software to any country in violation of the export control laws of the United States of America or the export control laws of any other applicable country.
また、本ソフトウェアの構造、構成、コードは、ソースコードが提供されない範囲においても Garmin もしくはサードパーティの提供者の営業秘密であり、ソースコードは Garmin もしくはサードパーティの営業秘密として保持されます。本ソフトウェアもしくはその一部について、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブル、改変、リバースアセンブル、リバースエンジニアリング、その他可読可能な形態への変換を行ったり、本ソフトウェアに基づく派生著作物を作成したりすることは禁止されています。本ソフトウェアを米国輸出管理法もしくはその他の国家の輸出管理の法律を侵害する形で輸出、再輸出することを禁止します。
