日本の銀行で口座を開くのには、日本国内に居住していることを証明する書類および本人確認書類が必要です。
日本で日本円を引き出したいのであればciti bankの口座をもっていれば預金を日本で円で引き出す事ができるようです。手数料が非常に高いと聞きましたが、、、。
