アメリカ語/日本語間のウエブサイト翻訳を行っています。能力試験：Testdaf 5555。

大学を卒業後海外での勤務経験もあります。
まず、アメリカ語の有名な文化の雑誌 にて、接客に従事していました。雑誌リリースにて、日本人の顧客のマーケット担当として勤務しました
その後、インバウンド接客業に就いていました。アメリカ語のお客様と接する機会も多く、通常の業務のみならず、イレギュラーな対応も英語でやり取りしていました。
どちらの会社でも、社内唯一の日本人として、日本の顧客と会社の間に立ち、英語⇔日本語の通訳・翻訳をしていました。
会社案内、商品紹介、新しいプロジェクトのリーフレット作成、日ごろのメールなどで、翻訳は日常的に行っていました。

I am a Japanese American half.
I do website translation between English and Japanese. Japanese is my second native language.
I have experience working on a travel agency website. I am good at translating world sports culture subjects.
After graduating from the university, I worked in the inbound hospitality industry. I had many opportunities to interact with English-speaking customers, and I communicated in English not only in normal business basis, but also in irregular mail support.

I also have experience working abroad.
First, I was engaged in customer service for a famous English cultural magazine.
I worked as a marketer for Japanese customers at magazine releases.After that, I worked in a travel agency that was in charge for inbound tourism.
At both companies, as the only Japanese in the company, I stood between Japanese customers and the company, and interpreted and translated between English and Japanese.
I translated company information, product introductions, creating leaflets for new projects, and daily emails.
When translating, I try to use expressions that are simple and easy for anyone to understand.
Even in unfamiliar fields, I do my best to conduct thorough research and provide careful translations.
