All items are brand new and unopened when I ship them. We do not open the boxes under any circumstances or they would not be brand new. I sell to many buyers and you appear to be the only one ever to have issues. I am wondering if your buyers maybe are not having issues I will call my in house rep today and double check but I have sold well over 200 of them since July 1st and nobody but you has an issue or problem.

I contacted Vitamix and they said the only known issues they have of this happening is during international forwarding which they reminded me is not aloud. Do you insure you shipments? I have insurance to the destination but once its forwarded it does not carry it over Seas? How can I help you ?

私がお送りする時点では、すべての商品は新品で未開封の状態です。開封してしまえば新品ではなくなるので、いかなる状況であっても箱を開けることはありません。多くのお客様を相手に販売をしていますが、問題が起きてしまったのは、貴方様が初めてです。もしかして、貴方様の販売先におかれては、不具合がないのではないか、と考えています。今日、店の担当に電話をして確認してみますが、私は７月１日から２００以上の商品を販売しており、お客様以外から問題や不具合を指摘されたことはありません。


Vitamix に連絡をとったところ、起こりえる問題として認識されているのは、海外への配送において、お客様が他の場所へ再配送をした場合においてのみ、ということでした。でも、再配送は実は許可されていない行為である、と念を押されました。貴方様は、配送された荷物に保険をかけていらっしゃるでしょうか？私は、商品の配達先までは保険をかけていますが、到着後、再配送される分までは保障されません。私に、どのようなお手伝いができるでしょうか？
