保管手数料が15％かかることに同意し、差額分＄1040.4
の返金をPayPal口座にお願いしました。
それにもかかわらす、一向に返金がされず、
何度かeBayから取引連絡したが、bankを確認して下さい。
と言われた。
確認したがやはり返金が無い。
誠実に対応して欲しい。

My name is Fukuyama. I have recently requested refund through eBay transaction page. The detail of the transaction is as follows:

Although I have agreed with the terms for the 15% charge for storage fee, and I have requested the balance of $1040.40 to be refunded to my PayPal account, the refund is not yet completed. I have contacted through eBay transaction many times, and their reply is for me to check with the bank.

I have checked with the bank, but the refund is still not being made.
