Original Text いつも誰かの目線や意見を知らず知らずのうちに自分に取り込み、それを真実にして考えたり感じたつもりになっていたと思う。見ているもの。見えているもの。聞いているもの。聞こえているもの。は本当に自分なのか？と問いかけたときに、いままで苦しくしっくりこないことは自分ではなかったからだなぁと。本当のこと。事実は自分にしかない。そんな感覚がいいことも悪いことも含めて、心の奥の私から聞こえてくる言葉に繋がれるためのツールの1つになった。	Translation I think that I always took someone's eyes and opinions into me unconsciously and I regarded them as the truth and I was convinced that I can think and feel.
