Original Text 2月7日に同じ商品を注文したが、ダンボールで梱包されずに日本まで送付されたので、商品箱がひどく傷んでカスタマーセンターにクレームを入れて、返金してもらった経緯があります。そちらも記録が残っているはずです。今回の注文も同じ過ちを繰り返さないために、配送部門にきちんとダンボール等で梱包するように速やかに伝えてください。ダンボールでの梱包が無理なら、クッション材で梱包しても良いです。はっきりいってドイツamazonの梱包担当者は仕事が雑です。梱包担当者にこの事を強く伝えてください。	Translation I have ordered same item on Feb 7th, but that was shipped to Japan with unpacked by carton. I have complained customer center about damaged item and received refund. You absolutely have the record. Please tell shipping division to pack by carton immediately. It's ok to pack by cushion or something if you cannot use carton. Honestly, person in charge at Amazon Germany is careless and untidy. I would like you to let him or her know strong warning.
