- I just checked with head office of Japan Post, but the investigation number is issued when Japan office receives request of investigation from US side. They said that request would take 1 week to 1 month.
I don't think you can check investigation number until you know that result.
I checked with other post office to verify their answers several times, so I'm sure about this.

DVDレコーダーの中からカラカラと音がしました。
音の原因はネジが1本外れていました。
私にはそのネジがどの部分のネジだかわかりません。
たぶんそれが故障の原因だと思いますが、DVDレコーダーは動きませんでした。

Cause of sound was because one screw fell off.
I don't know which part that screw belongs to.
Probably that's the cause of failure, DVD recorder did not function.

As Taylor Swift goes, so goes just about everybody else.

Last fall, Taylor Swift shut out music-streaming services like Spotify from the release of her latest album. This week, it seems like the big labels are finally, if a little slowly, paying attention.

On Friday, Universal Music told the Financial Times they’re pressuring Spotify to curtail the features offered in its free version. Universal is hoping stricter limits will convert more listeners to paying subscribers.

Rather unsurprisingly, this move comes after last month’s Billboard report that Spotify was the driving force behind Universal’s 75% bump in streaming revenue for 2014.

At a 2013 conference unveiling Spotify’s newly unlimited mobile services, CEO Daniel Ek said “We’re giving people the best free music experience in the history of the smartphone. And the more you play, the more likely you are to pay.”

This is wrong.
Because as soon as I accepted return, there is no communication needed to return it.
eBay will notify the return address and my address is always available on eBay.

Therefore writing that as a reason of not being able to return is not true.
