リペアマンからの回答がきました。
修理完了までに２〜３ヶ月。長くなる理由は亀裂が入った部分の再塗装をする際の乾き具合にどれだけ時間がかかるかわからないからです。また、亀裂部分に関しては「亀裂が見えなくなるのは難しい」とのことです。
作業工程としては指板を外し、トラスロッドの入れ替え、フレットの打ち直し（新品交換）、亀裂部分の再塗装といった工程になります。もしお待ち頂けるようなら修理代金は全てこちらで負担致します。購入しないようでしたら直ちに全額返金致します。

I received a reply from repair man.
It will take 2 to 3 weeks till repair is complete. The reason it takes long is because he does not know how long it will take to dry the repaint on split part. Also, he said "it's difficult to make the split invisible" regarding the split part. As the working process, fingerboard will be removed, replace truss rod and reinstall fret (exchanged to new part), and split part will be repainted. If you can wait I will bear the repair cost at my side. If you are not buying, I will make full refund immediately.

"MINOLTA 1.4X TELE CONVERTER" on the list is 6th column from the right.
That means, with the lens you have you cannot use converter.
In this case, you can make "return request".
"1. It's the wrong size or doesn't fit" Please use this reason for return.
You have to send it to the return address.

メーカーサイトで確認したところ、コンンバーターの適合表がありました。
このサイトは日本語ですが、「ソニー=SONY」「コニカミノルタ=KONICAMINOLTA」です
◎=オートフォーカスが使用できる
○=オートフォーカスで使用できる(ソニーとコニカミノルタの組み合わせ)
△=MFのみ使用できる
×=使用できない
このリストにないレンズ=使用できない(このリストにある２０種類のレンズのみが使えます)
という意味になります。

As I checked on the manufacturer's website, there was a conformity list of converter.
This website is in Japanse, but "ソニー=SONY", "コニカミノルタ=KONICAMINOLTA".
◎= can use auto focus
〇= can be used on auto focus (combination of SONY and KONICAMINOLA)
△= can only use MF
x = cannot use
Lens not on this list = cannot be used (only 20 kinds of lens on this can be used)

■先程日本の郵便の事務局に確認しましたが、
調査番号が発行されるのはアメリカ側から
日本に調査の連絡が来た際に調査番号は発行されるようです。

- I just checked with head office of Japan Post, but the investigation number is issued when Japan office receives request of investigation from US side. They said that request would take 1 week to 1 month.
I don't think you can check investigation number until you know that result.
I checked with other post office to verify their answers several times, so I'm sure about this.

DVDレコーダーの中からカラカラと音がしました。
音の原因はネジが1本外れていました。
私にはそのネジがどの部分のネジだかわかりません。
たぶんそれが故障の原因だと思いますが、DVDレコーダーは動きませんでした。

There was a rattling sound from inside of DVD recorder.
Cause of sound was because one screw fell off.
I don't know which part that screw belongs to.
Probably that's the cause of failure, DVD recorder did not function.

問題は解決しました。"xxx"のURLではなく"YYY"のURLで表示できるんですね。下記と同じ問題でした。

The problem has been solved. It can be displayed by "YYY" URL instead of "xxx" URL. It was the same problem as below.

事実と違う事を評価に書き込む事はebayのポリシーに違反しないの？
「セラーの態度が悪い」「梱包が悪い」と言った理由であれば、バイヤーが感じた事なので仕方ない
しかしバイヤーは、私の「コミュニケーションが悪かったせいで返送ができなかった」と言っている
これはおかしい
何故なら私が返品を受け入れた時点で、返送をするのにコミュニケーションは必要ないからだ
ebayから返送先の連絡はあるだろうし、いつでもebay上で私の住所は確認できる

だから返送できない理由として、その事を書くのは事実無根だ

Isn't writing untrue thing on feedback against eBay policy?
If the reasons are "seller has a bad attitude" or "poor packing", that's how buyer felt so there is nothing I can do about it.
However, the buyer is saying my "communication was poor and could not return the item".
This is wrong.
Because as soon as I accepted return, there is no communication needed to return it.
eBay will notify the return address and my address is always available on eBay.

Therefore writing that as a reason of not being able to return is not true.
