Original Text In the event that a return is requested by the customer only unused and unopened items will be accepted for return. Please understand that when an item is returned by request, the customer is responsible for up to20% of the original product price as return fee for unopened items, and up to 50% for opened/used items. The return shipping charges are also the responsibility of the customer. Please understand that depending on the circumstances, when an item is returned the customer is generally responsible for 100% of the original shipping charges.	Translation En el evento que una devolución sea pedida por el cliente solo productos no usados y no abiertos serían aceptados para devolver. Por favor entienda que cuando un producto está devuelto por pedido, el cliente será responsable por hasta un 20% del precio original del producto como pago de devolución por productos no abiertos, y hasta el 50% por productos abiertos/usados.
